Who is responsible

The controller of your data is fsdev (fsdev.gr). For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What data I collect

When you fill in the contact form, I collect your name, your email address and the content of your message. I do not collect any other data through the form.

Why and on what legal basis

I use this data only to reply to your request and to send you a quote or information. The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I do not run advertising or profiling and I do not sell your data.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.

Who I share data with

To run the site and the form I use third-party providers that process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery, which may log technical data such as your IP address) and Resend (delivering the form message to my email). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep data

I keep messages as long as needed to help you and, if no collaboration follows, I delete them within a reasonable time, usually up to 12 months. If we work together, data is kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
